Weezdom falls out with Bahati quits Gospel Industry
Gospel singer Weezdom has hinted that he is ditching the gospel industry igniting speculation that there may be trouble between him and Bahati.
The singer took to social media to announce that he is out of the gospel industry but did not disclose if he will continue doing music but in the secular industry.
The singer was responding to fans who had asked why his profile on social media no longer reads ‘Gospel artist’ but instead reads ‘Entertainment Guru’
According to the singer, he is fed up with the beef that has rocked the gospel industry.
“Been getting so many DMs watu wakiniuliza why I’ve edited my bio….soon I’ll be explain why but for now chenye najua tu nikwamba I’m no longer doing gospel music nimechoka na vita na chuki za gospel industry ya kenya. God will give me another occupation mahali nutakuwa na peace. #teamweezdom I love you” he said
It is not yet clear if he fell out with Bahati once again and decided to ditch EMB. However one thing is clear, he may not release secular songs from the label since it only does gospel.
In 2019, Weezdom re-joined Bahati’s record label EMB after ditching it the previous year over claims his music was not being released as frequently as he wanted.
