Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko has for the last 4 months closed all lands offices at City Hall making service delivery in the county hectic and tedious.
Speaking to Ghetto Radio News Nairobi county secretary Lebo Ole Morintat confirmed the closure.
Morintat was however quick to defend their action saying it was meant to keep off fraudulent officers who have been colluding with cartels to grab city lands and generate fake title deeds.
Lebo further pointed out they are protecting important documents being used in legal cases as well as investigation agencies.
He however, declined to disclose when these offices will be opened for the public despite the incoviniencies being experienced.
