Ten Ugandans and a Kenyan arrested at Uhuru Estate, Nairobi

Ten Ugandan citizens have were arrested on Wednesday in Uhuru Estate, Nairobi while allegedly being trafficked to the Middle East.

Director of Immigration Alexander Muteshi, said a Kenyan, who was allegedly trafficking the foreigners, was also nabbed.

The Kenyan whose identity has not been disclosed, will be arraigned in court over alleged human trafficking.

“The Kenyan trafficker will be arraigned in court in the soonest time possible.”Said Muteshi.

Elsewhere 12 Chinese nationals including eight girls and four men were also nabbed after detectives raided two houses in South C Estate, Nairobi, in a crackdown targeting wanted fugitives, human traffickers, and other immigration violators.
