Ten schools will not receive their KCSE results after series of examination malpractice noticed during marking and examination period.

Education Cs Fred Matiangi says a committee is working on a report regarding the same and their fate will be known on 18th January next year.

“We noticed a pattern of malpractice and because we did not want to make rushed decisions, we have decided to hold the results as we involve experts in the process of verification,” said Matiang’i.

The results of the 10 schools will be released by 18th of January.

He also mentioned that 700 cases are still under investigation by criminal investigation department and 40 teachers including principles have been implicated.

TSC has also promised to take stern disciplinary action against the implicated teachers.
