The Sportpesa Supercup tournament resumes today after taking a days break with the first round of the semi-finals taking place.

In the first match of the day Bandari will take on Tanzanian champions Simba in the 1st semifinals of Sportpesa cup scheduled today in Tanzanians national stadium.

The dockers will play at 2pm after edging out Singida in the quarters while Kariobangi sharks will square it out against giant killer’s Mbao of Tanzania who eliminated defending champions kogalo.

speaking to Ghetto radio sports Kariobangi Sharks have said they ready for todays game.

“We will optimise the chances that we create to make sure we win the match because Mbao is a strong team and we cannot afford to miss any chance” Said head coach William Muluya

Mbao from Mwanza won the match on post-match penalties ending the campaign of the champions Gor Mahia.
