Nairobi governor Mike Sonko’s daughter, Saumu Mbuvi has taken to social media to pen a sweet message to Lamu Senator Anwar Loitiptip.

Loitiptip was beaten by a gang and left for dead early this month while in the company of Saumu.

The Senator was admitted at a city hospital for quite a number of days but was later discharged and is recovering at home.

Saumu shared an image of her hanging out with the Senator and captioned it with a thankful message dedicated to him.

“Hi future, thank you for putting your life before mine, for standing by me, advising me and always being there for me …you will forever be my bestfriend. Wishing you quick recovery hun.” she wrote
