Nairobi city county government will send hawkers, boda boda operators and Matatu operators within central Business district for a benchmark in Rwandas’ capital City Kigali.
In a press briefing in cityhall today, inspectorate director Peter Mbaya says the 300 personnel will be educated and enlightened to maintain order within the city .
Each group will be represented by 100 people totaling up to three hundred for the visit scheduled next month.
Kigali is highly regarded as the most organised and orderly city within East and central Africa.
