Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has promised to reward Harambee Stars with Ksh. 20 Million if they get to the quarter finals of the Africa Cup of Nations.

Sonko says he will sell one of his beach plots or take a bank loan to reward the players.

Harambee Stars Coach Sebastian Migne yesterday named a 31 man squad to represent Kenya in the AFCON games that will take place in Egypt.

The list elicited mixed reactions as Kenyans questioned why former Tusker FC Player Jesse were who currently plays for Zesco United.

Migne cited Jesse’s inability to score in the past 26 matches he has played for Harambee Stars as the reason for not including him in the scored.

Were is however performing well in Zesco United scoring a total on nine goals in this season.
