The Incumbent Sam Nyamweya has made the announcement in an ongoing special meeting that has FKF Presidential elections as the main agenda at the Kasarani Gymnasium.
Before making the announcement,he gave a vote of thanks to everyone who’s worked with him since he was elected as the FKF President.
Nyamweya was elected four years ago after different factions that claimed to be running the sport agreed to come together for the good of Kenyan football.
Kariobangi Sharks chairman Nick Mwendwa,Gor Mahia chairman Ambrose Rachier the only contenders remaining for the race.
77 delegates from all counties are expected to cast their votes today for ten elective positions that include the chairman, deputy chairman as well as National Executive Committee (NEC)members.
