Miguna who arrived in the country at 2: 30 PM was denied entry into the country after he refused to apply for a visa.
Miguna’s perforated Kenyan passport was presented to the High Court weeks after he was deported to Canada.
The court later ruled that his deportation to Canada was illegal oredring the government to facilitate his return to Kenya.
The court also demanded that the state issues Miguna travel documents on the date he states that he wants to come back.
The return of Miguna was to be supervised by the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights to ensure that his rights are not violated.
