The Director of Kenya film Licensing board Ernest Kerich on Tuesday reported that the film industry has undergone tremendous development despite challenges. Kerich said that the industry has created jobs to many youths in the country. He has urged local media houses to put local content a priority in their programmes.
Present at the function, was an advisor to Pan African Federation of Filmakers Nderitu Mureithi Who urged filmakers to produce stories that are fair to Africa. He requested them to tell the African stories without fear.
