Korogocho Residents Use Sewage Water To Put Out Fire
Korogocho residents were yesterday forced to use sewer water to put out fire that had burnt their houses.
The residents say water shortage in the area left them with no other choice but to put out the fire that had burnt at least 15 houses.
“The fire was spreading fast so we had no other option but to use sewage water because Korogocho is experiencing an extreme water water shortage,” said one of the victims.
The residents claim that the fire brigade team also took time to arrive to help in putting out the fire.
The fire destroyed 15 houses and left several families homeless and helpless.
