Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu has asked the government to stop demolishing buildings sitting on riparian land and instead “move the rivers.”

The county boss who just returned from a US tour noted that bringing down the properties is an expensive affair which he does not agree with.

Waititu’s remarks in the ongoing demolition of buildings on riparian land has elicited a lot of hilarious reactions among netizens on social media.
