Kenya’s Harambee Stars yesterday beat Tanzania 3-2 at the on going Africa Cup Of Nations , a match that many people described as the East African derby.
Kenyan International Striker Michael Olunga helped Kenya clinch the win after scoring a brace.
Tanzania however were the first to score netting in in the first goal of the match just barely four minutes into the game.
Olunga netted his first goal of the match at the 37th minute of the game with an epic overhead kick.
And jus before Kenya could celebrate their first goal, Tanzania netted in their second goal scored by Mbwana Samatta.
Johana Omollo scored Kenya’s second goal at 61 minutes with a header.
Olunga’s match winner was scored at the 80th minute.
The win gave Kenya three points and third place in the group and they will have all to play for the final round of matches on Monday against Senegal for second spot or best third loser to progress to the round of 16.
