Nairobi governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko has now stated that he will clear all legal fees for the  free tittle deeds  issued by president  Uhuru Kenyatta in Eastlands last month.

While in Matopeni Kayole today the residents confronted the governor with title deeds legal fee stalemate that has seen residents being asked  to pay 30,000 shillings before  they are issued with titles that  what was declared free.

The governor however, asked those with better income to pay the fee and pick their tittles deeds.

He further rubbished claims that the Ngarisha jiji initiative under the Nairobi  County First Lady is a county government project.

According to Sonko Ngarisha Jiji  is a personal initiative being done by his family to clean Nairobi  and should not attract any politics.

Sonko has been on the receiving end over Ngarisha Jiji where he has been adversely  accused for pumping the county resources to facilitate it without following the due process.
