Kahata to decide his future after Afcon

Kenyan international midfielder Francis Kahata has said that he will make the decision on his next move after the African Cup of Nations.

The former Thika United player’s contract is set to end in June and Tanzanian Side yanga has been touted to be the team he is set to join.

Speaking exclusively to Ghetto Radio Sports the midfielder said that the Tanzanian Champions wanted him to fly this week to seal the deal but he declined.

The biannual tournament is set to be held in Egypt from 21 June to 19 July 2019 and Kahata has been named in the 30 man provisional squad.

Gor Mahia will be crowned the Kenya Premier League Champions after clinching the trophy for the 18th time on Saturday, May 25th.

The three-time consecutive league champions sealed their domestic title on Wednesday at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos after drawing 1-1 with Vihiga United FC, will be presented with the trophy at the same venue.
