The High Court has issued another order to the police to produce National Resistance Movement leader Miguna Miguna before it.

This after another order was issued in the morning that the accused person be brought from Kajiado court where he was earlier charged.

Judge Luka Kimaru maintains that Miguna must be brought before him before the day ends adding that he will not leave the chambers before physically seeing Miguna.

He made the statement even as reports went round that Miguna was within the court premises but could not be seen by his lawyers.

Migunas’ lawyers led by Aron Ndubi  and Otiende Amollo  have accused the state of misusing powers and acting in contempt of court by failing to avail Miguna.

This morning Miguna refused to take plea at Kajaido court and insisted to be brought in Nairobi where he could take plea.

According to charge shit presented at Kajiado law courts he is accused of taking part in swearing of NASA leader Raila Odinga.
