- FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT (1 Position)
The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for office administration including:
- Front office administration, including responding to telephone calls, emails and receiving visitors.
- Handling and distributing mail
- Maintaining records, including accounts receivables and invoices, maintaining petty cash.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in a Business Related field.
- Basic book keeping skills
- Relevant previous experience of at least one (1) year
- Advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- MARKETING EXECUTIVE (1 Position)
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for overall business development and growth including;
- Acquire and retain clients
- Understand the client needs and prepare proposals.
- Present client needs to the production manager for production
- Ensure high quality and timely deliveries are made to clients
- Prepare and present quotations to clients
- Any other duty assigned by management
- Diploma in a business related field preferably Sales & Marketing
- A minimum of 3- 4 years progressive sales in the media industry
- In-depth working knowledge and experience in sales & marketing
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and presentable
