A section of Kenyans are decrying extortion by Public Service Vehicles during this Christmas/festive season.

The Kenyans who spoke to Ghetto Radio say the extortion by the Public Service Vehicles plying the countryside routes has made the festive season a bit exaggerated.

Those who chose to stay in Nairobi and not travel say they do not see the sense of paying hefty fares for only a short period of time.

“Right now they are charging 2,500 shillings to Western, so yopu fail to wonder, are we celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ who came to save the world or are we celebrating the release of the thief who was crucified with Jesus?” posed one of the residents.
