The National Council of Kenya has issued a stern warning to unauthorised institutions offering nursing courses to stop before the long arm of the law catches up with them.
Addressing the media the council’s registrar Edna Talam says the council has already given warning letters to various institutions to comply with the directives before their closure.
Affected regions are Nairobi,Nakuru Kisumu Eldoret and Mombasa.

The council board has been under pressure over massive growth of quacks in the nursing profession with the government taking action against the perpetrators.
