Harmonize’s manager responds after ‘Uno’ was pulled down
Bongo star Harmonize’s manager Mjerumani has responded after the singer’s latest jam ‘Uno’ was pulled down from Youtube.
The song was pulled down following a copyright infringement complaint by Kenyan Music producer Magix Enga.
Harmonize’s manager now says Youtube had to take the step in order to allow for investigations into the complaints.
“Tumepata Taarifa kutoka Youtube Kwamba,mtu mmoja ambae Inasemekana Kutoka Nchi jirani Kenya,Ametuma Barua pepe kudai umililiki wa wimbo wetu Pendwa #UNO. Aidha kwa taratibu zao YouTube Ni Lazima wauweka Private wakati wakiendelea na taratibu za Kujirdhisha juu ya madai hayo, (We received news from Youtube that someone from Kenya filled a complaint at Youtube claiming ownership of our song #Uno. However because of policies, Youtube had to make it private in order to allow for investigations)” she said
Mjerumani asked Harmonize’s fans no to worry because she is sure the song will be re-uploaded very soon.
“Tunachukua Nafasi hii Kuwaomba Mashabiki wetu na wapenzi wa Harmonize,Kuwa Watulivu Wakati jambo hili linashughulikiwa. Aidha Tunaimani Wimbo wetu Utarudi baada ya muda sio mrefu. Tunawashukuru kwa sapoti yenu. Mungu Awabariki.Asanten sana, (I would like to ask our fans to remain patient as the investigations are on-going. We are hopeful our song will be back shortly)” she added
