Footballer Arnold Origi announces plans to work with teams under 15 years

Football star Arnold Origi has announced that he would like to support teams between 8 to 15 years of age.

This was after a twitter user shared a photo of kids from Covenant academy in Kisumu playing football in the scorching midday sun bare feet.

“This is Covenant Academy from Nyalenda Kisumu, The kid from the left will surely touch your heart. It aint easy playying on a midday with bare feet.” Wrote Felix Ochii

The photo caught the attention of  the Kenyan- Norwegian professional footballer who said he would like to reach the team and help them with football gear.

“Bro for sure they have melted my heart. How can I get in contact with them.” Wrote Origi

Shortly after his post, Origi shared another post of football kicks saying he would like to reach young footballers and gift them.

“Coaches in Kenya with teams aged between 8-14 years, show me your work and I might visit your team with a little gift that will fuel the fire.” His post read in part.
