Expelled students to sit for exams in their registered examination centers

Principle Secretary for Education Belio Kipsang has assured parents and students that this years National Examinations are going to be as credible as they have been in the past years.

Speaking during a consultative meeting with education stakeholders, the PS added that all students will have to do exams from centers they registered including those who have been expelled.

He further warned against students trying to cause unrest  in schools that such behaviours will not be tolerated.

Kenya National Examination Council Chairman George Magoha also said they are out to get people who may try to interfere with examination process.

Magoha also added that they are not profiling any region with cheating cases  but are instead observing all counties in Kenya.

Schools that were burnt down have been urged to turn the classrooms not in use as dormitories during the exams
