Guyo’s sentiments were echoed  by the minority whip Peter Imwatok who was also disappointed by how Birdi answered questions  before the  vetting panel.

‘‘She was completely arrogant, she does not have a degree certificate  claiming that she has an OB number for the same from Europe ,where on earth should we accept that, how can you do masters without a degree  we cant allow  that.’’ Imwatok said.

Meanwhile the report also  indicated that other nominees Lucia Mulwa for Education post,Pauline Kahiga  Public Service Management and Winfred Gathangu for  Finance and Economic docket impressed and that they are equal to the task.

The report has been adopted by the assembly and this means governor Sonko now has three new CECs in his cabinet.
