The form one girl banned from Olympics high School in kibera Because of Her dreadlocks has reported to school.

On Wednesday, justice Chacha Mwita ordered Olympic High School to re-admit Makeda Ndida into the facility with immediate effect pending the case’s ruling.

The girl’s father John Mwendwa, sued the school after his daughter was sent home to shave her hair.

Mwendwa argued that his daughter is being religiously discriminated.

The ruling will be delivered on May 3.

Mwendwa testified that the whole family are Rastafarian and are forbidden by the Bible from cutting their hair.

Mwendwa, alias Prophet, listed the school’s board of management, the Education Ministry and the Attorney General as respondents in his petition.

Education C.S Amina Mohamed had ordered that the girl be re admitted into the facility but the family opted to wait for the court’s ruling.
