Fiery lawyer and National Resistance Movement general Miguna Miguna on Monday spent the night at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi.
Attempts to deport Miguna to Dubai failed after he refused to board an Emirates flight.
Even attempts of NASA leader Raila Odinga to stop the plain clothes officers from bundling Miguna bore no fruits.
“I am not going anywhere….where is my luggage? Where is my passport? You cannot take me from my country by force,” he remonstrated as the commotion delayed Flight EK 722 bound for Dubai.
Miguna landed at the JKIA on Monday at 2.30 PM.
He was then detained by immigration officials after he refused to apply for a visa.
Immigration officials have insisted that Miguna has to apply for new citizenship after he lost it in 1998
