Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko has directed the Directorate for Criminal Investigations to release NASA strategist David Ndii be released on police bond.
Further, DPP has directed that once investigations are completed, the resultant inquiry file be forwarded to his office for appropriate directions.
Ndii who arrested last night by flying squad officers from a hotel in Diani was moved to Nairobi and held at the DCI headquarters for questioning.
Earlier today Ndii’s wife Mwende Gatabaki expressed her frustrations over the unlawful arrest of her husband by the police.
Mwende says prior to her husband’s arrest in kwale, unknown people have been trailing them back in Nairobi for days.
