Popular Kenyan DJ, DJ Joe Mfalme is currently in police custody following the death of a DCI officer who was based at the Kabete Directorate of Criminal investigations.
The famous DJ also known as Joseph Mwenda is among four suspects who have been arrested following the death of inspector Felix Kelian Kentos on march 16 2024.

Among the four are three police officers.
Police said the DJ was picked up on Friday alongside his bouncer, driver and photographer by detectives from Kabete police station after they allegedly attacked and seriously injured the DCI officer.
The assault happened after the officer was involved in a non injury traffic accident at around 4 am in Kikuyu.

The officer died on Friday while receiving treatment at the Nairobi west hospital.
He was receiving treatment after injuries he sustained after he was beaten by the DJ.
The body of the DCI officer is currently at Umash funeral home as investigations commence.
