Did Dj Mo’s alleged cheating scandal cost him his job at NTV?
Word on the street is that gospel Dj Sammy Muraya popularly known as Dj Mo may have lost his job at NTV.
According to sources, the Dj has been missing from his Sunday show Cross over 101 since he was accused of cheating on his wife with a lady identified as Margaret Wanyama.
Speaking on an interview with Massawe Jappani, the DJ’s co-host Grace Ekirapa said it has been hard getting a hold of him since the scandal broke.
Ekirapa said her calls have been going unanswered but maintained that she will give him time to heal.
“I have not spoken to him and to be honest, It has been hard for me to get to him. My phone calls have not been going through. I know it has been difficult for him and I think when he is ready he will talk to me,” she said.
She also added that the DJ’s disappearance from the screen was not by choice but a decision that was made by NTV management.
“Meanwhile, the show has been going on without him but that was the management’s decision,” she said
She further added that she enjoyed working with him and should any opportunity to work with him again arise she would not mind taking it.
“What I will have to say is, when you get saved you will not stop sinning. You cannot be perfect but there will be consequences. We make mistakes. DJ Mo is an amazing guy and if there is a chance of working with him again, I would love that,” she added
It is not yet clear if Dj Mo was fired from the show or if he is on a break till the drama dies down.
A few days back he took to Instagram to shout out one of the hosts who has been holding down the fort in his absence.
“This is @djray_kenya , I am so so proud of him. Seeing him hold the fort on @ntvcrossover101 (as he always does) is such a humbling experience. Ray May God guide you all the days of your life as you serve him.” He said
