A woman in Nairobi’s Dandora area is appealing for financial support to help raise her children.
Jacqueline Atuo, a single mother of three, says her husband threw her out of their house after the birth of their 3rd child so as to marry another woman.
She says she is the soul bread winner of the family which has proven difficult because she has to take care of her six years old child who suffers from epilepsy.
The mother of three is appealing for help to raise capital to enable her start a business that will enable her to sustain the needs of her family as well as afford the ksh.500 which she needs for her child’s monthly dosage.
“I am the only person they depend on yet I cannot work because I have to always watch over the young one because he is epileptic. I someone could help me set up a business just close by, I would appreciate it because I will have a source of income in order to take care of them. If I could also find a way to enroll my child in a special school I would be very happy because right now I can’t afford it” she said
She further says she is calling on well-wishers to help her child to get admission into a special school.
