Dandora students found with drugs charged in court

Fourteen students were who were arrested yesterday morning in Dandora Phase 3 with drugs and alcohol will be taken to court today.

Police said they apprehended the eight boys and four girls after they sneaked out of school and went to a nearby house for these activities.

The police were tipped off by a resident about the students who were in a room engaging in drug and alcohol abuse.

The police found alcohol, Bhang, knives, money and smartphones.

The students arrested consisted of 8 boys and 6 girls from various schools in Dandora.

Njiru Sub County Assistant County Commissoner Jane Warionge says upon interrogation, the students claimed they were preparing for an upcoming School Talent Show.

The students are also facing  charges of involvement in sex orgies.
