Dandora residents have raised concerns regarding the high number of snakes in the area which they say have given them sleepless nights in the last one month.

According to Babu a resident in the area, five snakes have already been killed within a span of one month the last one having been killed on Tuesday 12th March.

”We are living in fear. Already we have killed five snakes within a span of one month in our residential plot alone. We are having sleepless nights trying to find out the root cause of the snake problem and also spending numerous hours checking our rooms before we go to sleep to ensure there are no snakes.” Said Babu

The residents are now left with many questions and most of them are now threatening to vacate the houses in fear of their lives.

The residents are yet to reach out to the Kenya Wildlife Association but are calling for help.
