alfred keterCourt of Appeal has reinstated Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter after the High Court nullified his election.

Keter won the appeal case after the Appeal Court judges ruled that Keter was validly elected.

The High Court had nullified the election of Keter on grounds that he campaigned outside the stipulated time of the election.

Judge Erastus Githinji who made the ruling on behalf of the other judges said there was no evidence on the allegations made against Keter that warranted the nullification.

He however stated that he will continue with his fight against corruption unperturbed.
