Chelsea have won 6 of the last 8 FA Youth cups

It has been reported that the defending champions are under investigations yet again after being accused  of breaking the FIFA rules for a third time

The defending champions under the new Italian boss Antonio conte are now facing a third FIFA probe on signing players under the age of 18

The West-London  club has the most successful youth programmes in Europe and have won the UEFA Youth League twice.

The Blues have also won the last FOUR editions of the FA Youth Cup, clinching the title six times in the last eight years in a stunning dominance of youth football in England.

The club is now facing another difficult investigation that cancelled their transfer windows in 2009, following the signing of French ace Gael Kakuta.

Fifa also looked into Bertrand Traore’s transfer to Chelsea last year, but the Burkina Faso international was sold to Lyon last season.

Both Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid have also been punished in the recent past over signing players under the age of 18.
