Is Diamond Platnumz the King of Copy and Paste?

Bongo sensation Diamond Platnumz may just be East Africa’s king of copy and paste in the music industry.

The ‘Tetema’ hit maker became an online conversation when he released his song dubbed Baila in July 2018.

As it turns out, online users were quick to notice that the song’s video had a scene that resembled an early video done by Indian singer called Shah Khan for the song called Saans.

As if that is not enough, Diamond’s club banger Tetema which is currently East Africa’s hottest song also has a copy pasted scene.

In the ‘Tetema’ video, Diamond has dancers in an airstrip dressed in red berets, white t-shirts and red pants. As it turns so does American singer Tyler the Creator’s video for See you again which was released in 2018.

A spot check also revealed Diamond’s song Time to party also has a copy pasted scene from Chris Brown and Usher’s New Flame which was released in 2014.

The party time video has a scene where Diamond and Flavor dance in water and at one point standing on a white pillar, well guess what…so does New flame.

Check out the said videos and be the judge.
