Confusion and delays have marred Jubilee Party nominations set to kick off today in different parts of the country.
In Mwihoko, Ruiru constituency, Kiambu County, voters were stranded following a delay in the delivery of ballot papers.
The residents lamented that there was presence of pre-marked ballot papers which was not a good sign.
The residents were reacting to reports that a Jubilee MP had been arrested after he was found with marked ballot papers at Nairobi’s Rive Road area.
