from the increased rate of crime i.e rape murder muggers and the recent kidnappings. sources say that the police department is working tooth and nail to stop this crimes but recently through our local tv channel it states that the men in blue are targetting to stop only 30% now i wonder what about the other 70% which will still be at large. are our policemen really serious in handling the issue.
