DNA has gone ahead and sued a leading bank for using material allegedly lifted from his mega hit ‘Banjuka’ in their advertisements. The court case is set to be heard this coming Monday.
DNA filed a case through his lawyers asking the bank for payments for infringing his copyrights and passing-off. He claims that a campaign held by the bank for an account that targets the youth was inspired from his hit ‘Banjuka’.
He also said that the title of the campaign is also similar to that of the song title………any ideas as to which bank this is……?????
