The Tribunal probing suspended Deputy Chief Justice Nancy Baraza has now recommended she be sacked from her position.
The seven-member inquiry team found her unfit to hold public office due to her gross misconduct and misbehavior.
Chaired by a former Tanzanian Chief Justice Augustino Stephen Ramadhan, the Tribunal said the accusations against the suspended Deputy Chief Justice had been confirmed.
Reading the verdict Ramadhan said the Tribunal confirmed that Baraza pinched the nose of a security guard Nancy Kerubo on the eve of New Year at Village Market.
The Tribunal was also satisfied that Baraza actually threatened to kill the security guard during that incident.
Baraza found herself in trouble early this year when a security guard Nancy Kerubo claimed that Baraza had brandished a gun at her on the eve of the New Year.
